OUTSTANDING QUALITY

Among the compact and bleached sulphate paperboards (SBS), Algro is the highest quality available on the market today. With their double coated front and single coated back, these materials offer exceptional print quality. Keskeny Printing House is one of the few printing houses in Europe which has the 365 gsm Algro cardboard available in stock. This value exceeds the usual maximum board thickness by exactly 20 gsm, ensuring customers that thishighly rigid material retains its strength even at high humidity.

SPECIAL SURFACE TREATMENTS

• Special surface treatments are used to further enhance the aesthetics of finished products printed on special cardboard. UV varnishes, scented varnishes, cold foil, hot foil, or embossing up to 2 mm thickness can be easily applied to any member of the Algro cardboard family. We have significant experience in designing and executing 3D applications as well.

UP TO 21 MOTIFS ON A SINGLE SHEET

Our printing units are suitable for working with increased print sizes, making it possible to work with sheets as large as 750 x 520 mm. This means that we can print 21 pieces of conventional 104x148mm postcards on a single sheet. This technique delivers significant savings, since only 18 postcards fit onto a single sheet with average print sizes. 750x520mm cardboard is a perfect choice for 116x164mm postcards as well, since 18 such postcards fit onto a single sheet. If you need to work with 122 x174 mm postcards, we recommend the use of 520×715 mm sheets which can accommodate 16 postcards of such size. This way almost no paper is wasted and 95% of sheet surface is utilized.
